Welcome to Radiance Natural Health. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and use of products and services from our website located at radiancenh.com (“Site”). By using or accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with us, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.​

“Radiance Natural Health”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the entity operating this website and offering the herbal teas, salves, liniments, and services. “You”, “your”, or “customer” refers to the person or entity purchasing from or using our Site.

2. Products and Services

We offer handcrafted herbal wellness products (teas, salves, liniments), Reiki sessions, and Reiki classes. All descriptions of products and their intended uses are for educational purposes only and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness.

3. Orders and Payment

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the payment methods accepted on the Site. You agree that all information you provide for payment is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Price, Tax & Shipping

Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees.
Shipping terms: All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times vary by region, but most orders arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch. Radiance Natural Health is not responsible for delays or loss when an address is incorrect or parcels are disposed or delayed by postal issues.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted, natural nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at ccarley852@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, designs, videos and product descriptions, is the property of Radiance Natural Health or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Use of Site & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Site in a lawful manner and not to engage in prohibited activities including, but not limited to:

• Posting or transmitting harmful, illegal, infringing or offensive content;

• Using the Site to send spam or unsolicited messages;

8. Disclaimers, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are offered “as-is” and “as available” and we make no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiance Natural Health’s total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without respect to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, Michigan.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. The “Effective Date” above will reflect when the new version takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you agree to the revised terms.
