Dandelion

Dandelion is what is growing in my garden right now. I'm letting it grow because it is fixing the soil. I'm also harvesting it: flowers for salve and dandelion jelly, leaves for salad and tea, roots for a "coffee like" beverage. What's your favorite thing to make with dandelions?
